Structural construction success at Four Seasons Private Residences

As done by climbers and astronauts, ironworkers symbolically affix a flag to the highest point of a structure. The atmosphere surrounding topping-out ceremonies is one of celebration, to mark a milestone and announce a project’s near completion.

Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River moved a significant step closer to opening when Country Group Development (CGD) celebrated the completion of structural work on its 73-storey riverfront supertower with the topping-off ceremony in early February. The impressive collection of 366 branded luxury apartments is the residential anchor within the landmark USD 1 billion Chao Phraya Estate. Senior executives from Country Group Development, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG) and Ping An Bank, attended the dramatic rooftop ceremony.

Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River is designed to elevate waterfront living to new heights.
