On 8th September, Country Group Development flew to the pearl of the orient to host its annual gala dinner at the Harbour View Ballroom at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.

Ben Taechaubol, CEO of Country Group Development personally welcomed the exclusive list of attendees and was joined by special guest Mr. Rainer Stampfer, President of Four Seasons Hotel Operations in Asia Pacific, an important figure who oversees the diverse and growing portfolio of all Four Seasons hotels, resorts and private residences across Asia.

During the event, Mr. Taechaubol shared updates on the construction of the project along with news of a number of exciting developments in the surrounding Charoen Krung district; an area quickly redefining itself as a centre of creativity, culture, art and cuisine.

Mr. Stampfer also shared his unique insights on the industry-leading Four Seasons brand and what owners can expect to experience at Asia’s newest landmark project, while offering personal praise to Country Group Development’s unique mixed-use development concept. The highlight of the evening was an exquisite meal, this year prepared by celebrity chef Ton Tassanakajohn from the award-winning Bangkok restaurant, Le Du. The name is derived from the Thai word meaning “seasons” reflecting an emphasis on seasonal produce in the acclaimed chef’s culinary creations. Chef Ton’s gastronomic journey highlighted the agricultural bounty and culinary heritage of Thai produce while introducing French cooking techniques the young chef learned during his time in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants in the past.

The Annual Gala Dinner was followed by a two-day sales exhibition at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, providing the opportunity for foreign investors to own a piece of Bangkok’s future. Attendees showed tremendous enthusiasm for the project, portraying a clear reflection of confidence in CGD as well as Four Seasons, where the two-day exhibition achieved an astounding THB 530 million in sales.

Unique for its world-class design team, prime waterfront location and curated amenities and facilities, the project has proven to be popular amongst Hong Kong’s elite ever since sales of the Private Residences broke international records with an impressive THB 700 million in sales back in 2015.
