Latest progress of Chao Phraya Estate’s newest luxury collection.

With much of the structural work in place, all three components of Bangkok’s newest waterfront landmark project, Chao Phraya Estate, is moving forward according to targeted plans.

Structural works for Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has risen above level 57, with level 73 scheduled for completion in January 2018. Meanwhile, external facade installations have progressed to level 23, and ID works at level 17.

Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works are ongoing at level 33. The Private Residences have recently awarded home-in-home automation system of all residential units to Smart Home, an application from Italian company, Bticino.

Structural works for the 312 keyed Four Seasons Hotel is currently at ground slab and basement floors, where MEP works to begin in November followed by ID works during January 2018. Meanwhile, Capella Bangkok has successfully implemented structural mechanics with all entities on schedule to completion according to targeted plans.
