Latest progress of Chao Phraya Estate’s newest luxury collection.

With much of the structural works in place, all three components of Bangkok’s newest waterfront landmark project, Chao Phraya Estate is moving forward according to targeted plans.  

Structural works for Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok has risen above level 70, where 73rd floor is scheduled for its top-off ceremony in late January 2018. Meanwhile, external façade installations have progressed to level 42 and ID works at level 20. Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works are ongoing at level 50.

Structural works for the 300-keyed Four Seasons Hotel has progress, with the construction of its entrance ramp completed and ongoing structural mechanics well underway, currently at ground slab and basement floors, where MEP works began in November followed by ID works commencing in January 2018. Meanwhile, Capella Bangkok has successfully implemented structural works and will soon commence interior guest room work with all three entities of Chao Phraya Estate moving forward smoothly, and on schedule according to targeted plans.
