In August, guests from Arkitektura and SCB Private Banking, business partners in the development of the Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, were invited to experience the world of Four Seasons in all its refinement at two specially curated private events.

Four Seasons’ very own Chef Andrea Accordi created an exclusive menu for the event and was flown in from Hong Kong to prepare his creations for invited guests. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Chef Accordi developed his culinary skills in the kitchens of fine hotels and resorts in top locations such as London, Florence and Phuket. This gave him the chance to work with Western and Asian cuisines.

When he joined Four Seasons Prague in 2007, the epicurean knowledge he had gained internationally helped him create unique Italian dishes with Asian traits, and this earned the hotel’s restaurant a Michelin star after only eight months. Staying with Four Seasons, Chef Accordi then moved to St. Petersburg, where he oversaw three food and beverage venues and infused his unique style into the cuisine to create a much sought-after dining experience for the city. Now based in Hong Kong, this talented Chef oversees all the iconic hotel’s kitchens and ensures that the exceptional standards of culinary excellence for which Four Seasons is known are continuously met and exceeded.

Chef Ringo Chan, the Head Pastry Chef from Four Seasons Hong Kong, joined Chef Accordi on his trip to Bangkok to add his sweet delights for these very special dinners. Known for his attention to detail and elegant, flavourful creations, Chef Chan was the obvious choice for this event. Together the two chefs sent diners on a culinary journey from Italy to Thailand, introducing the best flavours from both gastronomic giants to the exclusive Chef’s Table.

While enjoying the refined dinner, guests were also able to engage in insightful conversations with Christopher Wong, Senior Vice President, Development of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Wong updated guests on the plans for Bangkok’s world-class Four Seasons property, highlighting the scope of the project and providing guests with a glimpse of the masterful ways in which the Four Seasons brand interprets luxury and savoir-vivre, key elements that will personify the brand’s new hotel on the Chao Phraya River.
