Country Group Development was one of 15 leading developers in attendance at the Siam Paragon Luxury Property Showcase 2017, held from 9 - 19 February 2017 at Bangkok’s luxury shopping mall, Siam Paragon.

Considered one of the leading luxury property exhibitions in the country, the high-end showcase featured more than 4,500 available luxury units at resorts, residences and condominiums across Thailand.

As real estate investors assess the country’s current market dynamics, Thailand is seeing an increase in demand for luxury condominiums from both domestic and foreign buyers. The sales team had a particularly busy ten days as they continued to achieve impressive sales at Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, which is part of the company’s largest project to date, valued at THB 32 billion (USD 1 million). The Residences will stand proudly alongside Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Capella Bangkok with each property set to take its place on Bangkok’s longest private waterfront promenade.
