Cuban Sensations

On the 22nd of the sultry month of July, the third edition of The Sensory Experience series transported guests from the bustling streets of Bangkok to the swinging streets of Havana with a celebratory evening of Cuban cocktail craftsmanship.

Guided by acclaimed Bangkok-based mixologists Bennie Sorum and Dannie Sorum, the two talented brothers hailing from Sweden, provided guests with the chance to create their own rum diary by unlocking the secrets to cocktail-making in an interactive master class.

Recalling the elegant era of Havana’s glory days, participants then enjoyed sipping their concoctions while being treated to classic Cuban music and a gourmet selection of bites prepared to pair perfectly with their 1920s inspired cocktails.
