During May Country Group Development joined hands with CBRE Thailand, one of Asia’s top real estate and property agents, to invite VIP guests to experience an evening of fine dining, Four Seasons style. The meal was expertly prepared by Executive Chef Andrea Accordi along with Pastry Chef Ringo Chan and Chef Rando Chung, who all flew in for the evening from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong exclusively for the event.

After a champagne reception, guests were able to enjoy private viewings of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River followed by a series of indulgences that took them on a winding journey from the hills of Italy to the Pearl of the Orient.

With plenty of accolades, Chef Andrea ran the kitchen at the first restaurant ever to receive a Michelin star in all of Eastern Europe. He has since worked in Four Seasons properties around the world and continues to perfect modern interpretations that celebrate the best flavours of Italian cuisine.

A plethora of creative dishes graced the table for guests to experience and enjoy during the private dinner, including rare delicacies like sea urchin with caviar, paired with Trimbach Pinot Blanc, AOC Alsace 2010. Chef Andrea’s homemade tortellini filled with ricotta and lemon was another highlight, perfectly accompanied by the Domaine Pinon Vouvray Sec Tuffo 2014. Meanwhile, Chef Ringo’s eye for colour, detail and taste ended the meal on the sweetest of notes with a perfect combination of sophisticated dessert offerings. The evening concluded with a meet and greet with all three talented Chefs, where guests learned the secrets and inspirations behind their worldly creations.
